forge is run by adihuman ai. we're a team of builders who believe the best way to support founders is to give them space, resources, and a room full of people who get it.

neither. we don't take equity, we don't run a curriculum, and we don't give you a playbook. forge is a residency — a focused environment where you build alongside other obsessive founders.

any builder, founder, designer, or researcher. if you're working on something you care deeply about and want to spend time with focused minds shipping at full speed, this is for you. we mostly look for people under 24, but there's no hard cutoff.

we select builders on a rolling basis. you'll submit a brief application telling us what you're building and why. if we think you'd be a good fit, we'll hop on a quick call. that's it — no 10-page forms.

yes, but we evaluate each builder individually. each person on your team needs to apply separately and stand on their own.

yes. you don't need a product or a company. you just need conviction and the drive to build.

if you're applying solo, yes. if you have a non-technical background, you must apply as part of a team that includes a technical member.

you build. the entire residency is structured around deep work — building your product, getting feedback from mentors, and working alongside other founders. it ends with a demo day in front of top investors.

each cohort is in a different location. cohort 0 was in mumbai. cohort 1 will be in bali. we pick places that are inspiring but not distracting.

it varies by cohort. cohort 0 was 5 days. cohort 1 will be 30 days. the format evolves based on what works best for founders.

yes. we cover accommodation and meals during the residency so you can focus entirely on building.

no. zero equity. we don't take a cut of your company in any form.
