  • run acquisition across channels (social, search, partnerships, word-of-mouth loops)
  • write copy that doesn't sound like an incubator
  • ship experiments weekly, measure everything, kill what doesn't move

you've grown a brand or product before. you live in the numbers but you can write. you treat growth as a creative act, not a funnel.

own the operating system of the residency — from cohort kickoff to demo day. make the room work without anyone noticing.

· what you'll do ·

  • run logistics, vendor relationships, founder welfare, the house
  • build the playbook every new cohort runs on
  • be the calm at the centre of a five-day hackathon

· who you are ·

you've run events, ops, or production for a serious team before. obsessive about details. happy invisible. allergic to chaos but love adrenaline.

own the editorial voice — manifesto, dispatches, alumni stories, video, social. make forge sound like forge across a year of work.

· what you'll do ·

  • write, edit, commission — keep a consistent brand voice
  • produce video & photo with the residency team
  • ship a weekly cadence and a longer editorial arc

· who you are ·

you're a writer first, operator second. you've held a brand voice across multiple formats. you read more than most people.

right-hand to the founder. special projects, research, ops, hiring, content — wherever the work is. zero ego, maximum agency.

· what you'll do ·

  • run point on whatever the team can't get to this week
  • take a fuzzy ask and ship a sharp output by friday
  • sit close to the founder and learn the operating model from the inside

· who you are ·

early career, high agency, willing to do anything. fast learner who reads context obsessively. wants to start something themselves in 2-3 years.
