track 03

event concluded, apr 18, 2026.

agenticinfrastructure.

built on the layer that's eating software. agents, mcp servers, tool chains. shipped something claude code can't do yet.

the brief

the agent layer is eating software. the people who understand its plumbing, the tool chains, the protocols, the orchestration graphs, will shape what comes next. this track was for the ones who wanted to be inside the engine, not next to it. builders shipped end-to-end agents, wired up multi-agent workflows, and extended open-source coding agents with things they could not do yet. the constraint was simple. build something that would not exist by tomorrow if you did not build it today.

the tools

claude code

anthropic's agentic coding environment. the substrate.

learn more

codex

openai's coding agent. the other half of the stack.

learn more

claurst

claude code, reverse-engineered into rust. 4.9k stars. direct mentorship from its creator.

learn more

langgraph

graph-based orchestration for stateful, multi-agent systems.

learn more

crewai

role-based multi-agent collaboration, opinionated and fast.

what they built

  • 01

an mcp server that gave claude code a new capability, browser, shell, anything.

  • 02

a multi-agent workflow where specialist agents collaborated on a spec.

  • 03

an open-source extension to claurst or claude code that shipped as a public pr by day's end.

  • 04

an agentic dev tool that watched your repo and proactively refactored.

the prize

a forge residency interview, a seat in consideration for forge bangalore cohort 1, a spotlight across forge channels, and a direct mentorship session with the creator of claurst, the engineer who reverse-engineered claude code into rust.

the claurst mentorship is not a panel, not a fireside. one builder, one hour, deep on the internals of the tool that's pulling 4.9k stars and rewriting the coding agent.
